Conflict is an inevitable part of working with people. Differences in priorities, communication styles, expectations, personalities, and approaches to work can quickly create tension—but conflict does not have to damage relationships or productivity. When managed effectively, workplace disagreements can become opportunities to improve communication, solve problems, and strengthen working relationships.

This practical webinar provides managers, supervisors, and professionals with strategies for recognizing conflict early and addressing it constructively.
