Webinar Description

Overview

The Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) system provides housing professionals with important income and employment information that can help identify discrepancies and support accurate program administration. When EIV information does not match the information reported by a household, however, it is essential to understand what the discrepancy means and how it should be addressed appropriately.

This practical webinar focuses on the process of identifying, reviewing, documenting, and resolving EIV discrepancies. Participants will learn how to interpret EIV information, communicate with affected households, distinguish potential errors from information requiring further review, and maintain appropriate documentation throughout the resolution process.
