Webinar Description
Overview
An effective HR audit can help organizations identify gaps, strengthen HR processes, improve consistency, and uncover areas of potential risk before they become larger problems. But the value of an HR audit depends heavily on having practical tools that allow HR professionals to systematically review policies, practices, documentation, and compliance-related processes.
This practical webinar focuses on developing and using HR audit tools that can be incorporated into an organization's ongoing HR practices. Participants will learn how to structure audit checklists, identify key areas for review, gather and evaluate information, document findings, and turn audit results into meaningful corrective and improvement actions.
